Unique Pool Villa 500m from the beach, Hamptons Style with beautiful Garden

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet um sich und die Familie zu verpflegen und einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu erleben, indem man nichts vermisst! Der Pool ist groß und uneinsichtig von den Nachbarn, die Kinder und Erwachsenen waren jeden Tag baden! Der Pool war schön warm! Die Terrasse erlaubt zwar keinen Blick aufs Meer aber man hört es und man der Blick kann über die Hausdächer und Bäume schweifen und den Sonnenuntergang fast bis zum Ende sehen. Es gibt einen guten Gas-Webergrill, ausreichend Geschirr und zahlreiche Gläser und Tassen in unterschiedlichen Größen. Zu unserer Zeit war der Supermarkt in Moliets et Maa nur noch sehr spärlich bestückt bzw. in der zweiten Woche im Oktober dann genau wie die Bäcker schon zu. In 5min mit dem Auto erreicht man zwei gute Boulangeries und ein großer Super U in Moliets Centre. (v.a. Die kleine im Ort an der Nebenstrasse ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wir danken den Anbietern und Angestellten und kommen vielleicht mal wieder!

Das Haus ist ein Traum mit einem wunderschönen Garten auf drei Ebenen. Die Ausstattung war großzügig (viele Teller, Gläser, Tassen, etc.) Ein Handtuchwechsel nach einer Woche wäre schön gewesen. Das Meer ist in 15 Min. zu Fuss zu erreichen. Restaurants, Supermärkte, Fahrradverleih alles in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub.

We had an amazing time in the villa! It is just wonderful and has everything you need (and more), like a pool, beautiful patio, BBQ grill, nice common area, and great rooms with more than enough space. Additionally, the closeness to the beach, surf shops, and golf site as well as bars and some restaurants is almost unbeatable. It's just a little more than 5min to everything! The only thing that was not perfect was the speed of the internet. We managed to get past this once we bought a mobile router though. Also, communication with Sarah (house owner) and Sally (housekeeper) was really easy. All in all, we really enjoyed our time in this little surfer paradise.

En cette fin de saison estivale nous avons pu apprécier l’emplacement et le calme de cette maison! Très chaleureuse nous avions réellement l’impression d’être en famille. Petit bémol sur le peu de plat pour préparer à manger mais sinon tout était parfait !

Sowohl im Haus als auch im Garten ist alles mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Es ist ein Ort, wo man zur Ruhe kommen kann und Ferienträume wahr werden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir können es wärmstens empfehlen.

The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped with crockery and very comfortable beds! The short walking distance to gorgeous cycling paths and of course the beach, where it was easy to hire surf boards and bikes, was a real bonus!
