😊: The property was not available due to a water leak apparently so they gave us something else in a different area. Well placed but not as nice. 😢: The communication from the property company fell far below expected standards. Despite emailing the email given and calling the telephone number many times provided there was no response from either. We did receive however a Whatsapp from a suspicious non-communicated phone number out of Israel. This simply said your flat is not available click here to accept a different one. We had no confirmation that this was a real number or a hacking attempt particularly as the company had a French phone number but this came from Israel. WHY? There are many hacking attempts at the moment over Whatsapp and you should never click on a link from an unknown number. they didn't even bother calling to explain the problem - just a WA. Eventually after many hours and stress with my husband going to the office address given to find no one did they call at the point of check in. We ended up in a completely different area as there was not much choice left and in a flat that was below the perceived standard. They should compensate for the change and disruptive, poor issues..

😢: The apartment was not cleaned (see pictures), when we arrived. After flagging it and texting with the manager for hours (waisting our holiday time) we were only able to enter the apartment at 23:00. Very bad start into the holiday. Furthermore, when I asked for a refund for at least one night, they were to forecoming, didnt want to process my demand. For this price it is unacceptable. Also the door does not lock properly. Additionally, my deposit is not yet refunded after 5 days. Very time consuming and unpleasant service..

😊: The location was perfect as we needed Metro line 12 for work..
