Vacances au Bord de l'eau

We are the family of 7 adults and 2 children and stayed in the house of Pierre three weeks. We really much enjoyed our stay. The house has 4 bedrooms and sleeping options in the living room. It is very nice and modern decorated and have everything that is needed for a longer stay with the bigger group. The pool is great, as well as jaquzzi and a big roofed terrace from where you can enjoy watching into the garten, observe the birds and hear the river to that you also have a possibility to go to (though a bit hard to get to through the garden). Our children really liked playing by the river. The next supermarket and a small town are very easy to get to. There are several nice things to see and visit nearby and some playgrounds in 10 minutes drive. It is also not that far from the Mediterrian Sea (Valras-Plage, 30 minutes drive). We liked hiking in the area, walking with dog enjoying the beatiful views to Orb, running. Tennis court and bouledrom are also great additions and were used frequently. Degustation at Pierres Chateau was a great experience. There were some small things that could be fixed (like kettle was not working or light in one of the rooms) but all in all it was very great experience, recommended! Pierre, thank you very much!

Property exterior was quite run down-also had dilapidated farm building attached. The interior does not match the exterior at all. We only found out a week before we travelled that there was a hire charge of 20 euro per room for bedding for stays of 7 days or less, had to pay 60 euro more on arrival for our 7 night stay . This is omitted from property details, I think this charge is outrageous. On positive note- the defective oven was replaced in 2 days and Pierre`s wine is excellent.

Nous avons passés une superbe semaine à Murviel-lès-Beziers, très bon accueil de la part de Mr Birot, beaucoup d'activités sur place pour ne pas s'ennuyer, accès au ruisseau, cette maison est idéale pour se déconnecter et profiter ! Encore merci ☀️

Si vous recherchez une maison adaptée aux grandes familles, une maison où on se sent bien parce que c'est une vraie maison de famille, alors vous ne serez pas déçus. L'accès à la rivière est un vrai plus. Le propriétaire, Pierre, est vraiment très sympathique et souple.

La maison est très agréable et toute équipée pour un séjour détente au calme. Propriétaire très disponible et accueillant. De belles balades au départ de la maison et accès faciles pour des visites dans la région. Des vacances parfaites. Il est juste difficile de repartir!

Die Einrichtung und Lage des Hauses sind wie beschrieben. Man ist für sich, eine angrenzende Wohnung bekommt man kaum mit. Die Kinder haben den Pool sehr genossen, den Whirlpool auch und vor allem die Nähe zum Fluss und die Möglichkeit dort von Felsen hineinzuspringen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge, auch die Fahrt zum nächsten Strand ist mit ca. 30 Minuten gut machbar. Vielen Dank an Pierre - das Wilkommenspaket haben wir sehr genossen! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Belle bâtisse spacieuse et très reposante dont l arrière donne directement sur le fleuve et l avant directement sur des chemin de randonnée. Équipée pour toute la famille (tennis ping pong billard jaccuzzi) et une déco assez vintage mais qui a son charme. L accueil a ete tres agreable. Nous le recommandons

Die alte Mühle ist wunderschön und liebevoll renoviert. Sie bietet viel Platz und liegt sehr ruhig. Dies war uns in der Coronazeit sehr wichtig. Mit Tennis, Boulplatz, tollem Pool und eigenem Flusszugang ist für reichlich Abwechslung gesorgt. Die nächsten Strände sind in 20-25 Minuten problemlos erreichbar. Pierre ist ein sehr freundlicher und sympathischer Vermieter, der auf An- oder Rückfragen sofort reagiert. Sein Wein ist ausgesprochen gut!!! Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag, das Geschirr in der Küche könnte sauberer sein.
