For this price you expect some decent place. Apartment was not cleaned before our arrival, water heater was not turned on, TV did not have channel receiver. Despite the fact that I communicated our arrival time, and arrived sharp on time, the host was not available. Keys were at the neighbour, who was surprised that he had to show us the apartment. We spent the first hours of our vacation by cleaning...

Apartment was not cleaned before our arrival, water heater was not turned on, TV did not have channel receiver. Despite the fact that I communicated our arrival time, and arrived sharp on time, the host was not available. Keys were at the neighbour, who was surprised that he had to show us the apartment. We spent the first hours of our vacation by cleaning the apartment and the terrace since the apartment was filled with spider webs and other bugs. This is definitely not what you expect after travelling so many hours to reach to your summer vacation location. There are no bug nets on the doors / windows. The worst was the house centipede I saw in the bedroom that was as big as my thumb. Perhaps the worst was the lizard that was nesting in the window frame, I don't know. Oh, or the bats that are nesting above the shutters in the terrace filling the terrace with poop every night. The apartment gets really warm, and there is no fan, or AC. The shutters need to be kept closed and this makes the apartment very dark and unpleasant. The furniture was old and uncomfortable. I made the mistake of pulling the sofa to discover more spiders and bugs. In the kitchen, gas furnace was lacking pieces. The drawers were disorganised, appliances not properly cleaned. At the entrance of the terrain there is abandoned car, at the back there is abandoned garage/storage. There is access to the river but you have to walk between the garage and the neighbouring terrain and descend to the river bed. I found it unbelievable that this was not done properly since the river could have been the only charm of the location. The apartment is on the first floor and the ground floor is rented out to three different renters, with dogs. At some point I was surrounded by there barking dogs around me. Overall, I don't recommend the place..
