😊: Location was great, a nice walk into Morzine and close to Bus stop. The parking are was very large, although a little dangerous to pull out of. House living area, balconies and outside space all very nice and spacious. Good storage for bikes (4 maximum though). 😢: The main upstairs bedrooms were small and the beams dangerous in the dark with 3 double bedrooms sharing 1 Toilet! There was no Iron and Ironing board only a Steamer which is useless for most clothes. We had to get an Iron and use a towel on the Kitchen counter with 6 people for 2 weeks 😡. The outdoor Rattan furniture needs the Cushions..

😊: Great location, close enough to the centre of Morzine but also nice and quiet. Nice and spacious with excellent facilities including the bbq and washing facilities, as well as kitchen . Good parking too..
