Valmarélie

This is the best chalet we’ve ever had the good fortune to stay in. We were a group of 6 adults and 5 teens. Ski in ski out, plenty of space in the chalet which is kitted out beautifully. Beds are really comfortable with high quality linen. The sitting /dining area is just stunning and the views are incredible. Loved it!! Can’t recommend it highly enough. The village is an easy walk away and the shop has everything you need!

First time staying in the Alps and had an unforgettable experience. The views from the deck are surreal. Amazing little market and restaurants just a short 15 minute walk down the hill or a 5 minute car ride. The chair lift is about the same distance. The property itself is very large and a big confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's very easy to navigate. Parking garage with plenty of spaces. The WiFi is decent, but there is only 1 television on the property, so do not book if you are looking to stay in all day and watch movies. If you are planning to go to Huez, you will need a car and the roads are a bit tricky. It's about a 40 minute drive to the base camp there. All in all I would give this property a 10/10.
