️Var Design Villa Panoramic Sea View Heated Pool Air-conditioning

To begin with, we were given the wrong address and therefore tried to get into the wrong house. Consequently, we set off the property's alarm. Thankfully, we had a person to call so we got that straightened out. Also, the gate going into the driveway was broken for the length of our stay, which was something that frankly didn't bother us though it might have been a problem with people who were very security conscious. The youngest in our group of 6 was 76 years old. So it would have been good to know that one had to walk up 30 steps to get to the house. On the plus side, they had a baggage transporter to take up the luggage and groceries. The house itself was well presented and when an older person gets there, they find it very agreeable. the view and night lighting was incredible and the town is great. Since the house is on a steep incline, getting up to the parking lot was a bit of a trick - especially for two cars. On the downside, the baggage elevator broke when we left, so we had to carry down all of our luggage at the end. In summary, this is a great property for younger people but not necessarily for older ones. My kids would have loved to stay there. As for my wife and I, we would not rent the property again.

The villa is beautiful as the pictures on the website show, nice view, lights in the swimming pool and the charming old village Bormes Les Mimosas quite close. Nice beaches with paths along the coastline. The host (Catherine) always responded quickly to all questions and she handled an unexpected situation very professionally. We had the feeling that she really cared about our stay. We can really recommend a holiday in this villa.

Nice property pretty much as shown in the photos. Lovely views. Clean. Well equipped. Each bedroom has an en-suite shower, one upstairs toilet to be shared amongst all guests. Located up a very steep hill so family cycling from house not really an option. Read small print when booking, contract requires a 3000 euro deposit (2k in cheque and 1k bank transfer)...I hadn't realised. Do not arrive before 5pm and expect to drop bags, not an option. In all though, nice place.

Une belle villa très confortable sur les hauteurs de Bormes les mimosas, un accueil très sympathique. La possibilité d'ouvrir la baie vitrée et de vivre dehors est vraiment un plus et les alentours permettent de faire de belles sorties.

Emplacement idéal mais il faut tout de même un moyen de transport pour faire ses courses et être en parfaite santé pour accéder à la maison. Salle de séjour peu adaptée à la prise de repas quand il ne fait pas assez chaud pour les prendre dehors.

Très belle villa contemporaine avec des prestations très agréables , douche italienne dans chaque suite , lieu très calme avec une vue époustouflante , je recommande vivement cette villa pour un séjour entres amis ou famille.
