😊: The Chalet is like what everyone else said is in an isolated village, away from the crowd of cities and extremely quite at night time. This was a favoured option for us but you may need to consider this if you don’t like quite nights in the middle of the nature. The morning comes with breathtaking views to the lake and mountains. Spacious chalet, well equipped and served. You are a phone call away with the concierge team if you ever needed any guidance or services.. 😢: The beds were not very comfortable, mattresses are very hard, not our type but may be good to some people. The bedroom in the first floor has a shower inside it, as I read from other reviews that the shower drainage was blocked and not maintained so I thought that was an individual case, to my surprise the issue was still there throughout our stay! You still have another full ensuite upstairs that works perfectly with a bathtub as well..

😊: Beautiful chalet in front of the lake separated by a road and bike path. Location is on the quieter side of lake Annecy. This was not an issue for us because we had a car (essential) and ours was a pure cycling holiday. Location is ideal for riding into the mountain passes South & East of the lake, Cormet de Roseland, Col de la Madeleine, Col des Aravis, Col de la Colombiere etc. Stunning views of the lake and mountains. Check in was relatively simple and owner was very responsive to all my queries. Chalet kitchen is fully stocked up if you enjoy cooking. Lovely patio overlooking the lake. Great place to hang out. Few points to note for future visitors: 1. There are only 2 bathrooms. Lower level bathroom is ensuite but toilet is outside next to the kitchen. Bathroom upstairs is not ensuite and shared between 3 bedrooms. There were only 3 of us using the chalet so this was not an issue but do take note if your group is bigger.. 😢: BBQ pit needs to be cleaned. Lower level bathroom floor trap water not flowing. Needs a plumber to fix it but this should be easily rectified..
