The pool was great. The home sits in rolling farmland just a couple of kilometres out of town so easy access but also away from it - so to speak. The cycling and hiking choices in the area are numerous. There is an amazing restaurant literally on field over and at the top of the ridge.

Bart and Anjo were helpfull and friendly. They were there when you needed them but didn't get in the way, which meant a lot of privacy.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et sympathique et très professionnel. Le lieux est juste magnifique et très bien entretenu.

Very comfortable 4 night stay

Very kind and very helpful landlord couple, who speak several languages. Very fast reaction e.g. if something was missing or with any other question. Very good price for E-car charging wall plug and which even supports 32A.

We had a wonderful stay at La Moneze Basse. Bart and Anjo were friendly and accommodating hosts; Bart even picked us up at the bus station and took us to get groceries before reaching the unit. Comfortable, cozy, and beautiful quiet location. We would highly recommend staying there.

Have previously stayed at La Moneze Basse and this was our first choice for our return to Limoux. The gite had every thing that we needed, well-equipped kitchen and generous overall accommodation. Very clean. We were welcomed like old friends and this generous touch is what will make the difference over other places. Ideally located, just a short trip down to Limoux but with the wider Aude on the doorstep. On our next trip to Limoux this will always be our prefered place to stay. Excellent hosts.
