Venturia - 23 min en train de Paris

😊: Property is situated in a good place and the appartement itself was good . However we didn’t have WiFi for the whole stay and we had to use all our data . As there was an issue with the WiFi network provider . We only stayed 5 nights . The rooms and other facilities are good but the cleanliness wasn’t the best . However for short stays and access to Paris with shops nearby and parking for one space it’s good enough. There is a nice balcony as well , and the bedroom can fit upto 6 people , good for short group trips .. 😢: No WiFi , and owner did try and come fix it but didn’t chase up after we left to him to fix it.

😊: Fantastic location, meters from the RER station with regular service to the City. Great parking space with the apartment, though approach angles are steep, so not for low cars. No EV charger onsite, but there's a few in the station car park, an easy walk away. I charged overnight there with no issues.. 😢: It's clear that this apartment is run by a holiday let business rather than being a private owner, there are no personal touches here, the apartment is very basic and rundown inside, lots of ingrained dirt in the floors, mismatched cupboards in the kitchen etc. The barest minimum of utensils provided in the kitchen also, it would be hard to self cater for a week from here. No toilet rolls, shower gel or anything like that provided (a first for me in an air b&b) In short, a decent place for a couple of nights if all you want to do is sleep, but for an actual holiday there are far better options..
