😊: Central apartment close to everything you need, very clean and quality linens, we had water, coffee, shower gel, secure parking available in the basement of the building, a big plus because we were traveling with a motorcycle, high-speed internet, the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, do not hesitate to stay here, thank you for your hospitality!. 😢: Nothing to complain!.

😊: Location was about the only redeeming feature We departed three days earlier than required because of our experience. 😢: Inability to contact any of the phone numbers that were given should we have any questions. We called each phone number a few times to get help ,but, each time received a message that the person we were trying to call was not available. Getting a good nights sleep was impossible because of other residents either involved in domestic fights involving shouting and screaming late at night, as well as residents above arising at circa 4h30am and 5.30am and making a lot of noise. We raised a number of issues via booking.com messaging and we received a response that can only be termed as dismissive of our concerns and the response was also derogatory about "foriegners" to France. There were limited instructions relative to appliances in the apartment, and a complete lack of concern about safety issues in the event of needing to evacuate the apartment in the case of an emergency like a fire, nor how to dispose of poubelles. Towels supplied for the bathroom use were not much bigger that than a hand towel. There were only 2 very small kitchen chairs to sit on, no lounge chairs. Toward the end of our stay we experienced sewer smell not only in the apartment, but in the apartment block. In the end we left the apartment three days early, as we were exhausted, due to lack of sleep. What was most disappointing was the lack of response by Booking.com to a message sent to them requesting assistance to resolve our initial concerns raised with the owner..

😊: The appartment is absolutely amazing, very beautiful, clean spacious, quiet, and it had everything you need.. We loved it, and the host is very nice and kind!. 😢: Nothing to say! Wonderful!.
