😊: Good - Location, parking nearby, cooking facilities, storage, clean. 😢: Bad –– would have been useful to know roads closed due to building works. Internal door to adjacent flat controlled by someone else. No safe, bring your own mirror, bathroom floor tiles dangerous sharp edges. Boiler in the flat but cant see a working smoke detector or CO sensor. To the side/back/below is a restaurant with cooking smells and noise. Generally stops at 9pm but then the workers come inside and make noise. On Thursday there seemed to be a party until 2-3am, then someone came inside the room above us, loud noises, banging, shouting, a woman crying etc until 4am.
