Very beautiful house with character in a quiet pool in lush greenery

We had a wonderful time in the house. Bernadette was so kind and friendly she was an excellent host. We enjoyed every minute of our stay the house is very comfortable and the area is very beautiful. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely love to go back one day. Thank you 😊

Super séjour passé en famille dans un cadre reposant et calme. Un accueil parfait et une discrétion absolu des propriétaires. Je recommande vivement cette maison. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir.

La maison est spacieuse et lumineuse avec une cuisine très bien équipée. Les lits sont confortables. Le seul petit bémol ce sont les toilettes un peu éloignées des chambres. L’espace extérieur est bien soigné et la piscine magnifique!

We loved it! Coming from Canada I was worried but it was all fantastic! The pool and gardens were perfect! Lots of room in the house. We spent most of the time outside but we did use the oven and stove regularly. We would love to come back again. Hosts were very friendly, we called on her more than once for a few small things, like needles for slivers. Felt very safe, close to Salerne for groceries. Thank you Michelle and Bernadette!

This is a delightful property with heaps of character. 4 good sized double rooms, 2 bathrooms and two toilets. It has a large loving space which you just can’t see from the pictures. Plenty of art and fun things dotted around too. The pool is a great size and we spent quite a lot of time here. It could do with an outside shower area though to wash off quickly. We had a very relaxing stay for a week. A couple of comments though is that the directions to the actual property are almost non existent and we needed the owner to come and guide us there. Facilities were great. The over is a little tricky but once figured out worked well. The large fridge freezer with ice maker was very welcome in the 32c heat! The local vial age has some great bakeries and a super market very close by (by car). There are also loads of vineyards not far away as well as other villages to visit if you wish but we mostly just chilled out with the kids. The owners were super responsive to questions, which helped make the stay smooth. Thank you!

Magnifique séjour à la propriété, superbe grande maison, très calme, jardin splendide, très belle piscine, plein d'espaces de repos, le paradis! Un grand merci à Bernadette et Michel, tellement accueillants (on vous embrasse tous)! Beaucoup d'activités aux alentours pour petits et grands (kayak, randonnée, pédalos au lac de Ste croix, escalade, clubs équestres, belle cycloroute régionale à deux tours de roues, etc.....). Région époustouflante entre mer, lacs, champs de lavande et montagne. Quelles belles vacances! Corine, Pascale, Jean-Philippe, Paul, Vincent, Lucas, Bianca et Côme!

In a beautiful house which was so obviously built with tremendous thought and care, and with a pool to match, you have everything you need for a perfect family holiday. Ideally situated to visit glorious Provencal villages or further afield to Nice or Cannes, and then return again to peace and privacy. The house is located about a five-minute drive from Salernes, and as is usual in the area there’s a short stretch of track leading up to it. Once the gates on the property close it’s very secluded and private, and the range of different spaces available to guests, both indoors and out, is exceptional. The ten-metre pool is perfect for both lounging in and swimming lengths, and the terraced garden is delightful. Surrounded by trees, it’s great to lie by the pool in the evening and watch birds overhead with a glass of wine in hand. For stargazers the night sky is very dark and the seeing is excellent. We hope to visit again and thoroughly recommend this magical haven!

Quelle magnifique maison ! Belle, conviviale, pratique… les extérieurs sont incroyables, avec une magnifique terrasse, donnant sur un champ d’oliviers et une piscine 4* ! Nous y avons passé de très bons moments en famille : il est rare que nous profitions autant de nos locations, et celle-ci est juste exceptionnelle !! Et plus que la maison, nous garderons le souvenir chaleureux de l’accueil et de la gentillesse de Bernadette et Michel ; aucun doute, nous reviendrons !!
