Very nice apartment - downtown Mulhouse Le 42

😊: Great location in the heart of Mulhouse and very spacious and clean. The room was cozy and warm during chilly evenings. Nice view of the Temple Saint-Étienne from its windows with perfect little kitchen for a short stay, equipped with everything you need and a big room with very comfortable beds. The host was also very kind and easy to reach.. 😢: The apartment door has an older key and lock which we had trouble with but thankfully the host came by quickly and helped..

😊: Convenient location to travel between France, Germany and Switzerland, the property close to train station, nice and quite.. 😢: We recently stayed at this property and, while the apartment had potential, there were several issues that impacted our experience. One of the major concerns was the check-in process. I noted during booking that we would be arriving close to midnight, and this was confirmed by the property. However, I did not receive any check-in instructions in advance. I messaged the property in the morning but received no response. When we arrived at the agreed time, we couldn’t access the apartment. After contacting the property via the booking platform, we found out we had to download a separate app, which delayed entry even further. We were finally able to get in only at 1:30 am. Also, we were never informed that the same key was used for the front gate to enter the block, which added to the confusion. The mattresses were soft, which made it uncomfortable to get proper rest. We booked for three people and clearly stated that one of them was a 15-year-old child. Despite this, we were only provided with two duvets, which was disappointing. Additionally, the washing machine was broken during our stay, which was inconvenient. I hope this feedback is helpful for improving future guests' experiences. I would recommend the property consider improving above for better support..
