Very pretty house on the edge of the forest with wooded park 3mn from Ornans

We spent a lovely 10-day holiday in this house, which is ideally located to explore this beautiful corner of France. We wanted to walk and there are loads of circular 'randonnées' to do within 30 to 40 minutes' drive of the house, each of varying lengths and each in outstanding countryside. Ornans is on the doorstep, and we went twice to the picturesque town of Besançon. In the house, we spent most of the time sitting and eating in the large garden, or the similarly spacious kitchen. Recommended for groups or families (there were four of us, but there's space for many more!).

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison pleine de charme. Les propriétaires l'ont très bien rénovée, notamment avec une salle de bain confortable et une bonne literie. Un beau jardin, une vue magnifique, un environnement reposant, une région pleine de trésors, nos deux chiens acceptés, bref un endroit ou nous souhaitons revenir rapidement!

Après un très bon accueil avec des conseils précieux sur les environs, nous avons pu profiter de la maison, parfaitement adaptée pour notre groupe de huit amis. Une belle location très fonctionnelle dans un cadre somptueux, un week-end réussi !

Une maison ancienne rénovée avec beaucoup de goût pour en faire un lieu très cosy et agréable à vivre. La maison est très bien équipée et le jardin spacieux, l'ensemble est idéalement situé à proximité des commerces mais aussi des spots d'activités (randonnée, escalade, via ferrata, canoë). Sans oublier l'accueil de l'hôte très bienveillante et attentionnée. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, lors de notre prochaine visite dans la région.

La maison est idéalement placée pour passer un séjour détente. Et quelle bonheur qu'elle puisse rester fraîche malgré la chaleur extérieure. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

CheckIn war völlig problemlos, die Vermieterin ist sehr nett Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, in ruhiger Lage. Vom Standort aus können sehr schöne Ausflüge unternommen werden. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich die Loue mit sehr schönen Bademöglichkeiten.

The house sits at a beautiful location and is a picture to behold. Well situated in the Doubs region with the Loue itself at the bottom of the driveway, there are many gorgeous natural spectacles to behold nearby. The house is characteristic and very well maintained with modern kitchen and bathroom facilities. The owners provide a hearty welcome and are friendly and helpful. The garden provides a splendour of butterflies and the children can play around in it all day. Ornans is a picturesque little town at just a stone's throw away. Some great outings in the area are a visit to the Source de la Loue and Source du Lison, the Belvédère de la Roche and the Grotte d'Osselle. But there is much, much more. Triple A location.

This home is very serene and comfortable. The area is very interesting and there are activities to please any preference. We spent a week in April with our four children, and are used to having a lot of space at home and outside, which was also the case here. The kids had plenty of room to roam and to have their own space in the house too. The house is simply but tastefully decorated and the kitchen well equipped. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The bike and walking possibilities starting from the house are great. The small town of Ornans is pretty and has several lovely bakeries and restaurants. There is an interesting collection of magazines in the bookshelf and the separate media room was a bonus too!
