Very pretty Villa Evian / Neuvecelle

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The location is great, with a lovely view over Lake Geneva. The service is excellent. We would love to come back.

We stayed 10 nights at this VRBO. The home was very clean and the accommodations were so comfortable. Everything was in good working order. Our host, Ludvig was extremely helpful and accessible. We had a few questions and he responded immediately. It was a lovely stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This house is in a great location, close to Lake Geneva and the lakeside towns. The owner communicated frequently and answered all of our questions. It was a good fit for a family on vacation. The only recommendations for improvement I have are regarding things structural to the house. For instance, there is no central AC so you must keep the windows open. This is fine, except when storms come through, as they did 2 of the 3 nights we were there. The windows just swing freely so strong winds slam them shut and wake you up. Also, there is no clothes dryer so you must hang up clothes to dry after washing them. This is tough when it's raining. Finally, there are no towel racks anywhere in the house, which is unusual and annoying. Overall, however, despite these odd features, we really enjoyed staying in this house.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay as part of our summer holiday. The house was clean, well furnished and a good location for exploring Yvoire, Évian and the surrounding area. Ludovic, the owner, was very friendly and met us at check in. He was always available if we had any queries.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at the house. Wonderful location for visiting the lake and mountains with small shops nearby. The house was spotless, modern and perfect for our family of three. The owner was very helpful - thank you Ludovic! - and he was there at check in and out. We would definitely recommend a stay house and we will hopefully be returning next year!
