Vieux Lille : duplex au charme ancien

😊: Quiet street, easy walk into Old Town and to Citadel and parks. Good local shops. 😢: Incredibly steep stairs with no handrail. Really uncomfortable seating. Bath very difficult to get in and out of. There was also a resident mouse. Very tatty.

😊: We liked being fairly close to the centre. It was also quiet.. 😢: Health and safety was very poor. Damp, probably from a leaky bath meant that the floorboards in the hall were rotten and a severe trip hazard. The stairs to the apartment had no handrail so were dangerous. There was only one uncomfortable sofa which was inadequate as the apartment potentially slept 6 people..

😊: There are too many conditions required, and the apartment shows clear signs of aging, including a distinct old-building smell. Additionally, the owners are requesting a €300 deposit, which seems unreasonable given the current state of the property. The parquet flooring is uneven and creaky, as are the doors. Moreover, the kitchen sink is heavily affected by limescale build-up..

Super appartement mais...<br>#128578; L'appartement est trés bien situé, au pied du vieux lille et au calme.Il est trés spacieux, les 2 chambres sont confortables, avec une trés bonne literie.<br>#128577; Le canapé lit est une catastrophe...imperatif de le changer. Il manque des verres à pied et l'accés à l'appartement n'est pas fait pour des personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite (escaliers escarpés, baignoire difficile à enjamber)
