Villa 100m2 with enclosed garden planted with trees close to the city center

We couldn't have wanted anything more. Myrielle and her husband welcomed us and were the perfect hosts. The property had everything to make our stay in Vaison la Romaine truly rememberable. We were a short walk from the main square and the old town but the property was extremely quiet..apart from the cicadas! Having the garage was perfect as we took our bikes and needed storage ,the car stayed out but was always shaded by the beautiful fig , olive and lime trees. Loads to do around town - Roman remains and old town were amazing. Cycling was perfect - lots of great rides including mont ventoux which my husband had to do! Rivers were lacking water but enough for a paddle. With great restaurants, sun ,amazing scenery and a perfect property that had a shady place to sit at any time of the day, all made for an amazing stay Thankyou Myrielle

Lovely week in this beautiful part of France. Hosts were informative and available if we needed them. Good to have air conditioning as it was really hot. Garden is spacious so always able to find some shade

The property is within a five minute walk of the lovely little town of Vaison la Romaine. It is an incredible accommodation - very well equipped, very clean and with lovely spots to sit and relax, both inside and out. The owners, who live opposite, are hospitable, very helpful and extremely kind. We had a wonderful week’s stay here and, should we wend our way back to Vaison one day, we would not hesitate to book here again.

Excellent accueil des propriétaires. Maison fonctionnelle et très propre. Nous particulièrement apprécié le jardin et la luminosité de la maison. Le garage était un plus pour ranger nos vélos. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

This is a real home from home; the house is clean, comfortable and well maintained. If anything, the photographs do not do it full justice; the living room is spacious and comfortable and the bedrooms are pleasant and restful. The kitchen is well equipped and the balcony is the perfect, shady place to enjoy an early morning cup of tea or an aperitif. The electric shutters make it very easy to keep all the rooms cool - we hardly used the air conditioning during our stay, in spite of the summer temperatures. The garden is an added bonus; there is always a shady spot and it is quiet and calm even though the house is only a few minutes walk from the town. Vaison is a delightful town, small enough to wander round without too much traffic but with plenty to see and do - the Roman remains are a must, as is the old town. There are all the shops you need and supermarkets, all within walking distance. The main square has a wide choice of cafes where you can spend time relaxing and watching the world go by. You can beat the crowds and have no need to worry about finding a parking space for the busy Tuesday market - just get up early and go! Vaison is an ideal place to visit the region and you know that your car will be safe and cool in the garage, ready for when you go out. And last, but by no means least, the owners are delightful; they are friendly, helpful but discreet and always on hand to offer advice and resolve any problems. They know the area perfectly and they made all the difference to our holiday. We will be back!
