Villa 500m from the beach for 8 with indoor pool at Fontaine aux bretons

Wonderful property and the covered pool meant the couple of days poor weather didn't ruin our stay. Very tidy, with everything you could need.

Fantastic break in Pornic. Brilliant hosts were really helpful and were there to greet us and show us around the property. The house is super clean, spacious and really well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was fantastic and a really good size. The house is just 5 minutes walk from a beautiful beach, and a very short drive / cycle into the town. 5 minutes drive to the supermarket. Pornic itself is lovely, picturesque with plenty of restaurants and a nice vibe without being too busy. A visit or two to La Fraisserie ice cream is a must! We took the train into Nantes for a day trip, lovely green city with plenty to see.

A wonderful stay at an excellent property. The house is clean with every amenity. There were lovely toys and pool/beach toys that my children throughly enjoyed. The covered pool is excellent. We were within walking distance to the beach. Arnaud and Jasmine are lovely hosts, so helpful. We had some travel delays arriving and they were very accomodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The owner welcomed up to his beautiful house - like having a villa with your own spa - the stunning pool greets you as you enter the property, and is under a roof so can be enjoyed in all weather - yet open on one side for sunshine. Design so well thought through with indoor/outdoor living vibe. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, lovely sitting area complete with TV projector screen for the full cinema experience. Bikes available as well. 5 mins walk to gorgeous and unspoilt cliff walks and beaches, and 5 min drive to Intermarche and excellent bakery. Pornic Sunday market not to be missed. Owner could not have been more helpful. Excellent suggestions of things to do and places to go.

une maison très agréable et parfaitement équipée, tant pour les adultes (organisation des pièces et équipement ménager, espaces extérieurs) que pour les enfants (babyfoot, trottinettes, vélo). Dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu l'occasion de tester la piscine car trop tôt dans la saison et des hôtes très sympathiques expérience à renouveler

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à la villa Ker Syam . Les propriétaires Arnaud et Yasmine nous ont très chaleureusement accueillis et donné de nombreux conseils sur la région afin que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Un gentil cadeau de bienvenue composé de spécialités de Bretagne nous attendait également à notre arrivée. La maison est neuve, de plain pied dans un quartier très calme d'où on peut rejoindre le bord de mer à pied. Elle est très bien conçue, décorée et aménagée avec beaucoup de soin et de goût. D'emblée on s'y sent bien, les chambres sont très confortables, la pièce de vie est lumineuse et s'ouvre d'un côté sur la piscine et de l'autre sur la terrasse où l'on peut également prendre les repas. Il ne manque rien, on s'y sent comme chez soi. La piscine chauffée et abritée est un vrai bonheur quel que soit le temps. De plus, la région est très belle, le bord de mer est sauvage et magnifique et de nombreux lieux sont à découvrir. À consommer sans modération, donc ! Une adresse à conserver précieusement et à partager.

Very well equipped clean and modern house in a quiet road. Small beach within walking distance and others short drive away. The pool is a good size. Owners very welcoming and happy to help with any queries. We had a great week and would recommend.

La maison de Yasmine et Arnaud est la parfaite maison de vacances : tout est prêt pour passer un super séjour , piscine chauffée dont on a profité même par pluie et température plus fraîche , jeux enfants et ados a dispo, deco très sympa, tout est super pensé , proximité de la plage et de la velocean, des commerces ... nombreux sites à explorer , les idées ne manquent pas proposées sur un tableau /carte de la région ... accueil très sympathique , en bref tout est là pour passer un super séjour ! Ne pas hésiter !!
