Super Pool- und Strandferien<br>#128578; Der Pool und die Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum sind toll und machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Man kann auch prima zum Strand laufen. Der Parkplatz hat genug Platz für 5-6 Autos.

Idéale pour une grande famille ou famille élargie, avec une vue superbe sur la baie de Cavalaire-sur-Mer.

Une grande maison, avec beaucoup de place pour 10 à 12 personnes. Piscine chauffée (très important au mois d‘Avril!!!). 2 minutes pour aller (a pied) à la plage, 15 minutes à pied jusqu‘au centre de Cavalaire, 5 minutes à pied pour acheter du pain… Bref: comfortable, avec une vue super belle. On a passé ici 2 semaines de détente et tout confort en pré-saison. La villa coute cher, c‘est vrai. Mais elle vaut le prix. Nous reviendrons.

The house was/is amazing. We were 8 people and have been there for 5 nights. it was the money totally worth. The kitchen has everything you need, the bedrooms and bathrooms are big enough. There are many diffrent things you can use (table tennis, soccer table, etc.). The swimmingpool is huge and invites to hang around. The house is located very close to the beautiful public beach and is in walking distanc to Cavalaire sur Mer (20min), all along the beach. We had an amzing time in this Place. And Jerome gave as a very warm welcome to the house. Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. It is spacious and well equipped, and the views from the living room are simply stunning! Only 2 minutes away from the beach; very quiet location. We stayed here in the winter and would love to return in the summer to enjoy the lovely terrace and the pool.
