Beautiful house spotlessly clean in a quiet location on the shore of Lake Annecy. Adjacent to the cycle path and four bicycles available for guests use so was an added bonus. Would highly recommend.
La location est de tout confort, bien aménagée, propre, calme et bien située. L'accueil par Richard est bienveillant. Seul petit point d'amélioration pour nous, un lave-linge serait le bienvenu pour des longs séjours.
We had a very relaxing stay at this villa. The property is tastefully decorated, very clean, welcoming and had very comfortable beds. The photos don’t do it justice! It’s only a 10 mins walk to sevrier beach and has good access to Old Annecy and St Jorioz. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
A beautiful property in an amazing location. Every small detail thought of including great bikes for a tour round the lake. Thank you for a great stay.

Très bon séjour dans une maison très fonctionnelle et surtout à 200 mètres de la piste cyclable qui longe le lac. Endroit calme dominant le lac. Bonne literie
We had two wonderful weeks overlooking the beautiful Lake Annecy. The house was nice and the hosts very kind.
La villa est au top ! Déco soignée, literie très confortable, belles prestations. Situation idéale face au lac. A refaire !
