Terrific French vintage Villa with...<br>#128578; Privacy (the house is in a gated community), the outside is very nice, the pool, also it’s location, because if you have smaller children, you can easily drink coffee outside and monitor them in the pool, the glassed dinning room - we ate every meal there, because it’s so beatifull and has an AC unit, AC is in every room, house has many bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen, outside gas grill… The challet is wonderfull if you want privacy. The property has a french-vintage kind of feel and ...<br>#128577; Could be cleaner, Elisabeth, the lady that lets you in the property, is very nice, but she doesn’t speak English at all, so I recommend, you read all the instructions prior to coming to the house. One bedroom is on the gallery above the living area, so you don’t have privacy there. Parking space is narrow, so I scratched my car a little bit on the fence plants.

French Riviera spring vacation<br>#128578; Villa is in gated community with at least 3 private parking lots, and the whole property looks much better than in photos. Owners Ian and Nikolina, together with the host Elisabeth are helpful and more than professional. Villa has all the kitchenware, nice baths and showers, good mattresses- everything you could need on a vacation - they have it. For two families or a group of friends this is no brainier, value for money ratio is unbeatable. Außergewöhnlich<br>#128578; Für uns war es das erste mal, mit einer befreundeten Familie gemeinsam eine Villa zu mieten. Uns allen hat es rundherum sehr gut gefallen und wir wären gern länger geblieben. Die Villa ist mit allem was man braucht und teilweise noch mehr ;) ausgestattet.<br>#128577; Schon im Vorfeld gibt es ungewöhnlich viele Verhaltensregeln vor Ort, noch einmal einen zu unterschreibenden Vertrag, sowie eine Kaution die man per Paypal überweisen soll (das kannte ich bisher nicht). Diese wurde mit ein paar Tagen Verzögerung zurück überweisen, insofern alles gut, aber bis dahin hatte ich ein ungutes Gefühl.
