😊: Nothing. 😢: Unfortunately, our experience with this apartment was very disappointing. The apartment was old, poorly maintained, and not clean. It felt uncomfortable and unpleasant from the moment we entered. We decided to leave within five minutes of arriving and found alternative accommodation. What made the situation even worse was the host’s complete refusal to provide any partial refund, despite the condition of the property and the fact that we did not stay there at all. We cannot recommend this apartment and would not stay here again..

😊: The location was good for access to the University and transport to the city centre was easy. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Everything was clean and worked as it should. It was nice to have a small outdoor space for relaxing in the evening.. 😢: We found it adequate for our needs, but it is very small. Cramped I would say for more than 2 and kitchen would challenge any serious cooking due to small prep area..

😊: Great location for what we wanted and quiet. Well appointed. 😢: All good.

We (my mother, neice and I) stayed three nights at this apartment, and it was great! The landlord lived next door, was friendly and very helpful, and was always available if we needed any thing. There was a nice restaurant with a bar at the corner and a grocery and several places to eat within walking distance. The apartment was well-stocked, and we felt right at home there. It was perfect for us.
