Villa Alhena à Lège with heated swimming pool

The house is situated in what seemed to us a mixed living quarters - some houses were holiday houses but many were also inhabited by permanent residents. The grounds are very well kept, main feature is the large wooden terrace around the house, which connects the living room with the pool and the kitchen door with the 4th bedroom, which is located in a small exterior house. The floorplan is well laid out: A large living room with a large sliding door that opens to the pool and terrace, a nice couch with a big tv (connected to internet services, i.e. netflix). The kitchen is also large and well equipped (thanks for the package of excellent coffee capsules), it has a "bar" to the living room and a door to the outside, from which it is easy to reache the nice outside table. From the living room there is a corridor that connects the 3 bedrooms in the house, the bathroom and the toilet (seperate). By closing the door to the corridor the "sleeping quarters" can be easily seperated from the living room. As mentioned above, the 4th bedroom is situated in a small seperate house and has it's own small bathroom (shower & sink) and it's own toilet. This room smelled a little damp, so be prepared to open the windows for a while on arrival. We had a comfortable stay for 16 nights. The only (small) downsides were a little bit too much decoration, especially some parts being prone to collecting dust. Otherwise everything was in good, neat and clean condition: Good dishwasher, good coffee machines (one for capsules, one standard), good toaster, well equipped with cutlery and dishes. The beds were comfortable and new, bedsheets were of hotel-quality. Remarkable was the communication and services provided by Sophe and her team (La conciergerie du bassin), Sophie always answered our requests within a couple of hours and provided us with extra towels in the midst of our stay (small surcharge). You can even rent bikes, which she delivers. Thanks Sophie!

Upon arrival the dustbins were full. General bin was emptied on day two. Recycling bin was emptied on day four. The bottle bin was not emptied so we were told to put our empty bottles in the dustbin. Our stay was for five nights. We did not use the swimming pool which was more like a plunge pool, yet by day four it was discoloured green/brown. The bbq area had not been cleaned and the outside table was sticky. We were left just one dishwasher tablet and yet the sink did not have a plug. One of the carpets was a trip hazard. Beds were comfortable and the shower was good. Living space was good but seating limited and just enough for 5 adults. Checking in lady was very nice and communication good. This was not good value for money

Un excellent séjour à la villa Alhena. Très jolie maison, bien située et extrêmement agréable avec sa grande terrasse, son coin barbecue abrité et sa petite piscine. Villa intime et cosy, sans vis à vis. Décoration soignée qui rend le lieu très chaleureux. Accueil, communication et disponibilité ++ de la part de Sophie # Conciergerie du Bassin.

La conciergerie a su être réactive et efficace face aux besoins !

Location à hauteur des espérances. Disponibilité, adaptabilité et réponse aux attentes très efficiente de la part de la conciergerie. Séjour d’une semaine avec enfants qui s’est très bien déroulé, dans un très beau cadre.
