Stunning villa - great location and perfect all round!

My colleagues had a wonderful stay at Oksana's/ Guy's property during Cannes Lions 2023. The house was spacious where each of the four bedrooms had its own bathroom and the backyard was gorgeous, perfect for lounging during the hot summer days. There is a bit of an incline walking from the Palais and may take about 30 minutes to get up there, it's a bit easier to walk down, of course. :) Overall, it was a pleasant stay with super helpful host and property manager. I would consider staying again for work and definitely for vacation! Thanks so much Guy and Meline!!!

Property Manager efficient and helpful and Owner had plenty of advice about local area and restaurants. Pool area very nice and villa well laid out and equipped. A short walk downhill into the main area and plenty of Ubers for less than 10 euros to get back up if you don't fancy a walk! great spot to stay and chill out.

Best of both worlds. Close enough for all the delights of Cannes but up the hill, quiet and beautiful home. Highly recommended especially if you like to entertain friends and family.

Séjour extrêmement agréable. La maison est très confortable, lumineuse, aérée. La mer est assez proche et la piscine offre pour les séjours d’été un merveilleux rafraîchissement. Accueil parfait.

Un immense merci à Guy Oksana pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Leur maison est très fonctionnelle et surtout très belle et très bien entretenue ! Tout était parfait !!! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter...
