Villa au calme, spa (6 places), piscine, proche Cannes (15km) et Antibes (12km)

We’ve had a brilliant week in Roquefort-les-Pins. Mr and Mrs Capdeville are very hospitable, the house is perfect for a family. The pool provided the necessary cool down during a hot July week. Would really recommend!

Wir wurde herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen und Haus und Außenanlagen wurden ausführlich erklärt. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig und alles sehr sauber. Im großzügigen Garten ist ein toller Pool sowie ein Wirlpool zum entspannen pur! Tischtennisplatte und Boule-Bahn mit Tischtennisschlägern und Kugeln sind ebenfalls eine schöne Abwechslung. Grillmöglichkeit ist gegeben. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind 5 Autominiten entfernt. Also alles vorhanden, um einen Urlaub zu genießen!

We really enjoyed out stay in the villa. The villa, pool, terrace, jacuzzi, outdoor space are like the pictures. Alain was available when we needed it. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy are 5 min by car, or 20 min walk. There is everything in the villa. You can also park your car inside and lock the gate. The villa is 30 mins away from Nice airport. The environment is really nice, the cicadas singing and the birds as well.

Me and my family (me, husband, four kids age 16-21 and two dogs) spent two weeks here this summer (July 2019). The house were just as nice as presented on the pictures. Alain and his mother were very welcoming and helpful throughout the entire stay. Roquefort-les-pins is a very quiet and nice neighbourhood close to villages/cities, beach, mountains & shopping. The house is really nice with a new kitchen - but we especially enjoyed the outdoors areas. The pool and pool area were really nice! We also enjoyed playing table tennis and boule - and barbecues the evenings we didn't go to restaurants. A perfect place for families or friends to relax together.

We (my wife, my son and myself) spent a week in the house of Alain and Mme Capdeville. The house is located in a quiet residential area and fully equipped as described (pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, air condition, WiFi etc). When we arrived Alain and his mother gave us a warm welcome and explained us the technical details and gave us information about the village. It was a perfect week! we made some excursions around and had very relaxing days in the house. The situation of the house is perfect, it's about 800m to the next supermarket (intermarche) and bakeries. Roquefort-les Pins itself is about 20min or 15km away from Antibes, i.e. ideal for excursions to Monaco, Nice, Antibes or Cannes. Unfortunately, it was only one week and definitely too short. Hopefully, we'll come next week to spend a longer time in this beautiful house!

As frequent visitors to the area, having stayed in a number of Villa’s over the years. We found this to be the most centrally located for supermarkets, airports, restaurants and the coast but you do need a car to get around. Alain and Madame Capdeville are the most courteous of hosts and their English is very good. They are also available throughout the holiday if you have any queries. The house itself is charming and the pool area and terrace are magnificent. The garden is well secured for pets, but the pool we thought is not tiny children friendly but is alarmed. The Spa and seating area are relaxing and you can watch the gorgeous South of France Sunsets and views overlooking the mountains. A very quiet area. Would we stay there again?...Definitely.
