Property is in pretty good condition overall. Location was excellent for us as we were there for Rugby World Cup. Public transport was a short 5 min walk. The beach is just over a KM walk, but loads of scooters and bikes around to rent short term. Back yard with the awning up was a great spot to relax with a glass of your favourite beverage
