Villa avec jardin

Het huis ligt in een heerlijke omgeving, ideaal om te verkennen en uitstapjes te maken. Gelegen in een gehuchtje waar het rustig is en met een prachtig uitzicht. Het huis heeft stijl en is gezellig, groot genoeg met grote slaapkamers. Het zwembad is klein voor 8 mensen. Toch opmerken dat het huis niet in beste staat verkeerd en wat groezelig is. De meubels en keuken, de tuintafels en badkamer zijn van bedenkelijke kwaliteit. De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en hartelijk en houden afstand.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La propriété était globalement conforme à nos attentes. Le propriétaire a été généreux en nous laissant la propriété plus longtemps que prévu gratuitement.

Our party included 2 families of 4 and on arrival we met Jean the owner who was extremely helpful from the off! Going over the property for us and recommending places to visit in the local area. The property was clean, spacious and well equipped, the local area is stunning and peaceful. So much to see and the views are beautiful of the surrounding vineyards and hills, The swimming pool was well kept and the kids found it great fun A great family-sized farmhouse, surrounded by gorgeous rolling countryside. Limoux is a very short drive away with a great offering of supermarkets and smaller shops, the town square is great for a meal and drinks. Easy access to so many historic sites - including Carcassonne Mirepoix. If in the area again would certainly considering staying at this property again
