Villa avec piscine chauffée et vue magnifique sur le lac d'Annecy

Beautiful property, fantastic view, and love location in Veyrier-du-Lac. Wim was very accommodating in regards to getting a crib and high chair for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in aptly named Villa Zenitude. The villa is very tastefully decorated and also the kitchen is very complete with all sorts of appliances. Our most favorite part was sitting on the terrace (or inside when it rained) and just watch the activity on the lake in front of us and the lights at night. The location is perfect and there's lots of good restaurants nearby, catering to every budget. Mr Robberse is a very charming and helpful host and we really enjoyed meeting him in person. We were sad to leave and hope to come back one day for more Zen...

We had a fabulous stay in this excellent house. The setting was perfect - gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. The only real problem was that it was so lovely and peaceful watching the lake each morning, that it was hard to motivate to get out and do the many activities available. Wim, our host, was warm and so helpful. At one point I commented that the doors were creaky - the next day he showed up with a can of wd-40, took all of the doors off the hinges and lubricated them properly. He was always responsive to any questions we had. The house was well equipped, everything clean and modern. We were particularly pleased to have a great gas BBQ, which we used to cook almost every dinner by the pool.

The location is fantastic and the house is beautiful- it has everything you need for a comfortable, amazing vacation. The views of the lake and Annecy are breathtaking. We loved walking into Veyrier-du-Lac- they have everything you might need in town. Our hosts were wonderful and so responsive.

Wims house was perfect for our two families and four kids. We had lots of space, it was very clean and comfortable, and the kids loved the pool. Our favorite part was the outdoor space and the view. It is beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. We loved Veyrier du lac and the other towns around the lake. This was one of our most loved holidays!

We loved everything about this house. From its proximity to both city and nature to the amazing deck with a breathtaking view of the lake to watch the sunset. The property manager was kind and communicative. The check-in and most importantly the check-out process was so simple and perfect. Would definitely come back again!

The villa sits on the highest level in the mountains. The view of the lake is breathtaking. Very well thought-out overall layout. Wonderful interior, very welcoming. The terrace stretches the full length of the wall. Can spend a lovely evening relaxing and enjoying the view, as well as during the day, sunbathing and swimming in the pool. Well equipped kitchen, has all the possibly necessary appliances and dishes. Has an outdoor grill for barbecues. Bose Bluetooth Sound System. Veyrier-du-Lac town centre is within walking distance from the villa. There you can find a grocery store as well as bakeries. I recommend driving to Annecy lake and going for a speedboat ride. We spent 4 unforgettable days in the villa and we are very satisfied with the holiday. Will definitely recommend this villa to friends and family and maybe we will return here ourselves as well.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison très propre, moderne avec excellents équipements. La piscine (eau salée, donc douce) était très propre et chaude (26-27 c) sans doute à cause du beau temps mais je pense aussi qu’elle est chauffée si nécessaire. Les chambres à coucher sont toutes climatisées. Une cuisine totalement équipée et un bon BBQ à disposition. Le lieu est très calme mais proche des commerces. L’accès à la maison a une pente très forte mais faisable en tous cas en été. Les propriétaires sont fort sympathiques et la communication était simple et efficace. Si on peut on y retournera sans hésitation !
