Everything at the villa was as stated. The owners Patrick and Agnes were very nice and easy to communicate with. We also added an extra person twice and they were very nice to accommodate us. The house was wonderful for our group of 7. The pool was a real plus after a long day of touring. We enjoyed the patio with morning coffee and croissants. Everything was beautifully appointed. Kitchen was so well equipped. The large screen television was great for movies in the evening and had great streaming channels (Netflix,Amazon) We would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Nice. Our family had a reunion at this lovely property at the end of August/22. Everything described is as is but the outside layout, infinity pool and view is even more breathtaking. We had initially planned a few day trips but upon arriving due to the resort like layout we only did a couple of half day trips in order to take advantage of the pool and the outdoor atmosphere. We also enjoyed the table tennis. The property was spotless and had every amenity you could think of. The hosts were gracious to leave a fruit basket, champagne, beers and plenty of coffee pods. There was air conditioning throughout the property, including the bedrooms. The host also met us upon arrival and explained everything, from clothing washing, pool operation and BBQ. We enjoyed the BBQ a few times, sitting outside, enjoying great food, wine and view. The beds were comfortable. It was a 7-8 minute drive to the beach (a 20 minute walk). This was the perfect end to a two week trip from Paris to Rome and then the last week chilling out in the south of France. This was our first visit to the south of France and I know I speak for the five of us when I say it was up there with the most relaxing holidays We’ve ever had. The villa is fantastic, all bedrooms air conditioned, a great size pool with beautiful sea views. The kitchen/living room are spacious and well equipped and there is also a gas bbq for the evenings where you just want to stay at the villa. The location is perfect if you have a hire car or other means of transport with Monaco, Monte Carlo, Antibes, Cannes and Nice all within a short drive of 15-30 minutes away. The owners, Agnes and Patrick are very welcoming and provided us with all the essentials in a welcome pack, including a bottle of wine and a few beers. They both greeted us on arrival and showed us around the property and suggested a few places of interest that might be worth a visit during our stay. They clearly take the utmost care of the villa as it was absolutely spotless and fully equipped, I have visited quite a few villas in the past as my wife always feels like she is home from home, something you don’t get with hotels and can honestly say that this villa is amongst the very best we have stayed in. Agnes and Patrick were waiting to greet us on arrival. They had helpfully managed to get the villa ready a little early, at my request, but unfortunately we were delayed in Nice Airport. Anyone flying into Nice should allow more time than usual for getting through customs, baggage, and car hire pick up. We found our way to the villa using google maps. Agnes and Patrick are a pleasant couple who helpfully showed us around the villa explaining how the appliances, security, pool, and barbecue worked. They generously provided a few beers, a bottle of champagne and fruit on our arrival. The villa is contemporary and well maintained. We spent most of our time outside on the patio enjoying the extensive views and pool. We visited a number of nearby tourist attractions, all of which require a car but are worth the journey. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes drive away which is easy to find. The villa is so good we found that we prepared our own meals, more often than we usually would, while on holiday. At the end of the holiday Agnes and Patrick arrived very punctually, at the agreed time, and the check out process was very straight forward. The refund of the damage was confirmed within a couple of hours, and payment received within a few days. Are they any criticisms? Reversing out of the drive is a bit tricky until you get used to it. I would therefore recommend leaving the car just inside the gates, rather than going all the way down the driveway. Also my family are accustomed to sleeping on more substantial pillows, while those in the villa I would say are more like cushions. Overall a very impressive villa and very pleasant owners. If we should return to Nice we would definitely stay there again.

My elderly mother was able to access the pool and ground floor bedroom and bathroom without an issue so it really was perfect for all the family. Very professional communication from both Agnes and Patrick and it shows how much they love their home. Area is quiet and great to get away from it all but it gives you the ability to watch the super yachts sail in and out of the bay. Interior is very nice and minimalistic with top end appliances, the weather was hot so the A/C was required and worked well as it was almost silent. We really enjoyed it and would not hesitate to return for longer next time!!!

We stayed at the villa for two weeks in July 2018 as an extended family group (Grandparents, parents and children aged 19, 16 and 11). The villa is situated on a hillside in a quiet residential area overlooking Cagnes sur Mer with stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea and the Bay of Angels. Easy access to beaches, restaurants, Nice, Nice airport and Antibes. Agnes and Patrick were charming hosts and always contactable but never intrusive. The villa is very comfortable, fully equipped and beautifully presented with many small touches evident. With high temperatures in July the availability of air conditioning throughout was very welcome. It was a real pleasure to be able to take meals outdoors in comfort and extensive use was made of the infinity pool. We all had a great time and can recommend this holiday location without hesitation.
