😊: Laurent was exceptionally thoughtful and helpful. He really did go above and beyond. For three of us we had lots of room and enjoyed staying here and sheltering from the heatwave. Perfect spot by the marina with a beach nearby and fun restaurant recommended by Laurent, Chez Mémé et Pépé two minutes’ walk from the house. It’s an easy cycle into the town along cycle paths. Our bikes were securely stored..

😊: The location by marina with easy access to La Rochelle and the beaches by bike was perfect - the bike path is right outside the gate. The feel of the house is very homely, designed to accommodate family gatherings. Each teenager having their own room was much appreciated. We loved cooking in the kitchen. The beds were comfy and the host friendly and helpful with great communication ahead. Our very own boules pit completed a wonderful short stay..

😊: Location and the facilities are very good.. 😢: The outside could do with updating to improve kerbside appeal and a few cobwebs were present in our bedroom..

Really lovely villa in a...<br>#128578; We loved our stay here. Laurent is an excellent host, and has thought of everything in the villa. It is extremely comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, lots of games including pétanque. Great location, within walking distance from both the city and the beach, but there are bikes available to rent nearby if you prefer to cycle. We would definitely rent this villa again.
