Merci Emmanuel pour ce magnifique séjour Nous avons passé 10 jours fantastiques dans la maison d'Emmanuel. Outre son positionnement géographique parfait pour découvrir les principaux sites de la région, l'agencement intérieur est très bien pensé et tous les équipements indispensables seront là aussi. On se sent comme à la maison. Le coin piscine est vraiment parfait. La cuisine et le salon d'été sont parfaits pour les dîners du soir. Emmanuel est un hôte vraiment très attentionné. Il s'occupe de tout et est vraiment réactif pour toutes vos demandes aussi bien celles concernant la maison que celles concernant les restaurants du coin ou les bons loueurs de canoë. Bref, je ne peux que recommander la villa Bella'm si vous souhaitez découvrir cette magnifique région de l'Ardèche.

Bon séjour Très bon accueil d Emmanuel, soucieux de la qualité du séjour de ses hôtes. Le logement est très agréable, spacieux et fonctionnel. Il est très bien équipé et son emplacement est idéal pour découvrir l Ardèche. Hâte d' y revenir

Very enjoyable stay at a fabulous property Top quality property indoors and out especially the outdoor kitchen and pool area. Good location for visiting the sites of southern Ardeche. Great bakery, grocery shop, wine merchant and local products shop just 5 mins by car. Very friendly and attentive host. The D104 is a good distance away from the property but you will hear traffic when outdoors. Not a big deal for us but worth a mention. Overall we had a really fabulous holiday.

Familie Russell Wir hatten einen tollen Sommerurlaub an der Ardeche. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, was wir persönlich sehr schön finden und bewusst so gewählt haben. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die umliegenden Ortschaften und Landschaft haben uns sehr gut gefallen, das Rennradfahren vor Ort ist ein Traum. Das Haus ist groß und geräumig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Alles war bei unserer Anreise sehr sauber und wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Die Betten sind tendenziell hart, was für uns total in Ordnung war. Der Vermieter des Hauses wohnt im Nachbarhaus, der Kontakt war super nett und wir haben ein paar wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung bekommen. Merci pour tout !

Très belle maison et très agréable séjour La maison est très accueillante et bénéficie de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable et sans encombre. La piscine est super, très bien située au calme avec vue sur les monts ardéchois. L'extérieur bénéficie d'une cuisine d'été et de d'un terrain de boules, pour ne pas avoir à remonter sans cesse. Nous y avons passé des très belles vacances et recommandons cette location.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in der Villa Bella'M Wir würden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben ein sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat nichts gefehlt. Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig gestaltet mit Tischkicker, Bouleplatz, Tischtennis, Terrasse mit Außenküche und schattigen Sitz- u. Liegeplätzen. Den Pool haben wir ausgiebig genossen. Der Bahntrassenradweg Via Ardeche ist direkt vom Haus in 5 min. mit dem Rad erreichbar, die Verlängerung nach Largentiere soll 2026 eröffnet werden. Die in einiger Entfernung vorbei führende Straße D 104 ist tagsüber zu hören, nachts ist es jedoch ruhig. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Très bon séjour Correspond au descriptif. Tout est prévu. Très agréable d'avoir divers jeux sur place et la piscine. Propriétaires disponibles et discrets.

Great place Very nice place, comfortable and quiet. The main road is far enough from there and did not bother us at all (and I like quiet places). Local owners Emmanuel and Veronique (who live next door) are very nice, always there to help and are working to improve this place even more! Spacious, very well decorated and very well equipped. The breakfasts on the veranda are fantastic with the morning sun right there to wake you up. The outdoor space is big, well maintained and simply gorgeous with a nice swimming pool, a baby-foot (a real one!), a pingpong table, a petanque area, tables and seats to relax or entertain, big outdoor umbrellas if needed, a plancha (Emmanuel told me that in the future an outdoor kitchen might appear there! Stay tuned)... We spent a very nice 3 week stay there! Don't forget to try the raspberry tart at the bakery next door too. Ideally placed to visit the beautiful villages and rivers of the South Ardèche and more...we just took off to Spain for a couple of days from there! Vive l'Ardèche, one of the most beautiful places in the world!
