rear terraces facing a lovely pine forest. We spent two weeks in the house on a family vacation. During that period, there were ten of us present in various combinations: 3 generations between the ages of 20-87 years. We chose to rent the house and the adjoining apartment, which gave everyone enough space and privacy. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen, dining and living areas accommodated our group. The configuration of the bathrooms, each equipped with wash machines, made for easy living. There are different beaches in the area, and they are all nearby, accessible by car or bike, or even by foot if you enjoy a 45-minute walk. The owners of the property were extremely helpful and responded to our questions and concerns immediately and effectively. Communication between both parties, was always good. For example, during the organizational stage, we learned that towels and bed linen did not automatically come with the house and that we had to either bring them ourselves or rent them separately. When we raised this issue, the owners responded and helped to organize and settle this matter for us. Additionally, the owners also provided us with very helpful recommendations for an in-house chef and food preparation. In summary, we would gladly return to this lovely property again since it is well located and well-suited for a large family surf/beach holiday. The house offers comfort and unique amenities and the owners are willing to help out to make each stay enjoyable.

La maison et le terrain sont un rêve. Si vous aimez le naturel mais ne voulez pas renoncer au confort moderne, cette maison est faite pour vous. La maison est spacieuse, l'aménagement est un mélange harmonieux et de bon goût de différents styles. Partout, on sent l'odeur du bois et de la forêt. En prenant son café le matin sur la terrasse, on peut observer les chevreuils qui broutent et profiter du calme. Les enfants avaient toujours quelque chose à découvrir, à ramasser et à construire dans la forêt - ils étaient toujours occupés. Les parkings des plages sont à environ 4 minutes en voiture. Ceux qui ont besoin de restaurants, de magasins et de supermarchés à proximité de la plage devraient se rendre sur la plage centrale de Moliets-et-Maa. Un plus grand supermarché, d'autres boulangers et une pharmacie se trouvent également à environ 2-4 minutes de la maison dans l'autre direction. La communication avec la propriétaire était cordiale, simple et rapide. En résumé : des vacances parfaites dans une maison de rêve, où nous souhaiterions à nouveau passer nos vacances. Deutsch Das Haus und das Grundstück sind ein Traum. Wer es natürlich mag aber trotzdem auf modernen Komfort nicht verzichten möchte, ist in diesem Haus genau richtig. Das Haus ist geräumig, die Einrichtung ist eine harmonische und geschmackvolle Mischung verschiedener Stile. Überall riecht es nach Holz und Wald. Beim morgendlichen Kaffee auf der Terrasse kann man Rehe beim grasen beobachten und Ruhe genießen. Die Kinder hatten im Wald immer etwas zu entdecken, zu sammeln und zu bauen - sie waren immer beschäftigt. Die Parkplätze der Strände sind in ca. 4 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wer Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Supermärkte in Strandnähe braucht, sollte an den zentralen Strand von Moliets-et-Maa gehen. Ein größerer Supermarkt, weitere Bäcker und eine Apotheke befinden sich in anderer Richtung ebenfalls ca. 2-4 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war herzlich, unkompliziert und prompt. Alles in allem: Ein perfekter Urlaub in einem Traumhaus, in dem wir wieder unsere Ferien verbringen möchten.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette jolie maison début juillet. La maison est bien située, au calme, côté forêt, et elle est vraiment fraiche ( au RDC) ce qui nous a été agréable pendant cette canicule. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très belle surprise lorsqu’on l’on pénètre dans la maison, des baies vitrées donnent sur une forêt très aérée alors que la maison fait partie d’un lotissement sans charme. La maison en bois est très agréable à vivre, on passe son temps sur la terrasse où l’on a eu la chance de voir passer des biches. La maison est très bien équipée et parfaite pour les enfants. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir !

Super séjour de 2 semaines dans une super maison pleine de charme, hyper confortable et super bien située ! Les propriétaires sont adorables, hyper disponibles qd on en a besoin. Le cadre est extraordinaire, on est collés à la forêt, c’est hyper ressourçant. L’immense terrain est fabuleux pour occuper les enfants, on est proche de l’océan également et à 2 pas de l’accrobranche pour les jours où il fait moins beau : les enfants ont adoré. Merci beaucoup !

Ein ganz tolles Haus!!! Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß in und an dem Haus! Das Haus ist geräumig und hat alles was man braucht! Der Garten samt riesigem Sonnendeck sind traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlief reibungslos! Werde es unbedingt weiter empfehlen! Werde es gern wieder buchen!

The house is beautifully maintained with views over looking the forest. The open plan living has modern decor feeling very spacious for a large family. The house has personal touch through out making it feel very homely. The outside decking is spacious with a lovely outdoor seating area where you might see some wildlife. The house had 3 bikes which were fantastic for cycling to the local bakery for fresh bread or to the local beach’s which are less than 2 km away. The beach’s are perfect and the water crystal clear warm waters, far away from Irish cold sea 😁. Can’t wait to go back Kevin

The location is fantastic, the house amazing and we had a great time. There are plenty of things to do for all of the family and it is a great base to access all of the activities such as the Adrenaline park, the bicycle trails, the River and the Lake and of course the sea.
