Villa Bonnard in Nice Sea and city View & Pool

😊: Very pretty old house with a welcoming family Charme. The view is beautiful and the house is well equipped! With much more love and cleaning this has the potential to be a wonderful holiday house for friends and family. Option for arriving and leaving earlier/later.. 😢: Missing Personal welcome and explanations from the owners/organisers would have saved a lot of holiday time running after not working wifi and pool. I don't think they really check the house between or before visiters, they just trust the cleaning people. For example: The pool as well as most outdoor furniture including the barbecue was dirty and not ready for useage. The internet was also not working for the first day(s) and I had to run after the organiser to get the two things fixed. All that even though I asked in ADVANCE whether the pool was ready to use and even though the lady told me it gets checked and cleaned ever week. Was definitly not cleaned a week earlier, a pool can't turn green this quick. After we said something a gardener came and mainly dumped chemicals in the pool so for the next 48h we were not allowed to use the pool either. In the end we could only use the pool the last day.. Also a lot of the kitchen stuff was not used or cleaned in a long time. Etc. You also have to be good by food to reach the house or have multiple cars for everyone. And last but not least: There was only 1 key for the front port for 10 people?.
