Villa Bruyere

😊: The pool area is great and the pool was lovely. Sitting outside eating bbq/dinner is a big plus. 10 mins walk to the beach and cafes. The security was top notch. We didn't use the indoor lounge much but the sofas were very comfortable and a massive TV. AC in every room and it was much needed.. 😢: The kitchen area needs an upgrade with a new oven and fridge..

😊: The swimming pool is the star - as is the location. The villa is within easy walking distance of the beach, supermarkets, restaurants plus buses and trains that serve Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco etc. Public transport costs are very low meaning we didn’t need to hire a car. The photos do not do the villa service as it is much nicer than they make it look. The agent Stephanie could not have been more helpful. 😢: It’s personal taste but the decor was a little dated and the lounge a/c unit was noisy (but we didn’t really need it on). All the others in the bedrooms were quiet. With its proximity to the main road the traffic noise might be an issue to some. However, it wasn’t an issue for us and you can’t have tranquility and a quiet remote location AND everything close by!.

😊: We had an amazing stay at this villa! Honestly, it looks even better in real life than in the photos. The large illuminated swimming pool was the highlight of our trip and we spent most of our time there, especially in the evenings. A huge plus for the barbecue area and the outdoor furniture — thanks to that, instead of going to restaurants every night, we could relax outside and enjoy grilling together. The communication with the lady taking care of the villa was absolutely excellent. She explained everything perfectly and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The villa may not be the newest, but it has real charm and soul. The location is also perfect — very close to the beach and a lovely local bakery nearby. We will definitely come back!.

😊: Apartment & location was excellent with plenty of restaurants & shops very close to walk to. New walkway alongside the river! down to the town centre was a bonus as it was very flat & away from all the traffic & noise. Would visit again, thanks.. 😢: NOTHING!!.

😊: pool is a good size. 😢: how long have you got. do not be fooled by the photos displayed. the gardens and pool are shockingly bad. when we arrived i thought we had come to a property that had been left to rack and ruin. filthy pool, filthy and run down everything. appalling management service, offered us full refund to hand keys in. couldn’t as we had family coming that day. then owner offered 50% refund and apologised. have never got it. bulls**t conversations. filthy cutlery, dangerous electrics. whatever response is put on here from owner/ management services do not believe. Also and not the owners fault. it’s like sleeping at Branshatch. constant motorbikes up and down the road . if i could have added more photos i would but you only get 4. good luck if you have booked this So in response to the owners "response" I am glad the maintenance people had the villa ready for your arrival, I am sure they did to cover up how they left it for us. The drought had nothing to do with the state of the place, and you know we have not had the refund you promised because you have ignored the e mails from Booking Com as they told me you had. So dont suggest you are sorry or you would have sorted it when you said you would!!!!!.
