😊: The villa is modern, well equipped and has outside areas to relax in, bbq and to eat alfresco. Excellent and spacious shower room with separate toilet. The location is ideal amongst the vineyards, just a short drive to Marseillan and Pezanas and walking distance to the nearest Cave to stock up with Picpoul de Pinet or other local wines. Madame (Catherine) and her husband are so friendly and helpful you couldn’t wish for better hosts.. 😢: Leaving!.
