Had a fabulous ten day stay with extended family including young children and babies at this house. Great pool and lots of outdoor seating and eating options, with shade. All bedrooms and other rooms are air conditioned which was welcome in the heat. Kitchen is reasonably well equipped for cooking and the property is close to a supermarket and only 15 mins walk to beach and a park for kids to play in, but is a very quiet area at night. The couple who own the property live upstairs but they are very unobtrusive and we hardly saw them. Note that the address mentioned on VRBO is incorrect. This property is not in Bvd Carnot, it is in Ave de Petit Juas. It is best to message the host for the correct address. I would definitely come back here anytime.

Comfortable, spacious with fabulous outside space. We were a group of 9, taking 6 of the bedrooms, all air conditioned for comfort. The outside space, with a clean, well maintained pool, was wonderful with several seating areas, a bbq and ample seating for al fresco meals. The owners live at the top of the property and were incredibly responsive when we had some plumbing issues. Parking is only for one visitor’s car and a bit tight for a large vehicle. Easy walk to La Croisette though uphill coming back. A nice quiet neighbourhood and with a small supermarket and boulangerie within 5 minutes walk. We would have no hesitation in returning with a large group.

Nous avons passé une excellent séjour chez Mr et Mme Roy. La maison est très spacieuse, et permet à chacun d‘avoir assez d’espace. Le jardin avec sa piscine d’eau salée est un vrai petit oasis. L‘appartement est proche des commerces et de nombreuses attractions touristiques. Mr Mme Roy sont prévenants et toujours prêts à aider. A recommander pour des retrouvailles familiales!

My family and friends had an incredible time and absolutely loved this Villa. The pool was fantastic, great outdoor space. The rooms were comfortable. Great hosts. Super close to everything. Grocery store and boulangerie 5 min walk. Beach is about 10-15 min walk. We hope to come again soon!

My family, friends and I have just returned from Cannes having had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. Loads of space, fantastic facilities, clean and spacious bathrooms, very comfy beds, and beautifully laid out with space and design features inside and out. The owners live on the top floor, and apart from the occasional "hello" when passing, were their if we needed help, but totally respectful of our privacy. (Jean-Yves kindly dropped by some umbrella the day we had a storm). There was a piano in the hallway and my family and I sat outside using the pool and surrounding areas listening to my niece play. This is a memory I will have always. The house has a lovely feel about it and we immediately relaxed. We were a fairy small party, but this house could easily take 10 +. The location meant a 10 minute walk through town to the beaches, we enjoyed this distance and felt that we were leaving the noise of town to our serene home, just up the hill, when we left each evening. There is a small but brilliant supermarket just down the hill and also a bakery... so breakfasts were a treat outside under the vines and parasol. The pool and outside areas are lovely, always affording shade and sun. The pool table priceless on the stormy day, and the table tennis table kept G-Ma and nephew Daniel happy too. All towels and bed linens were spotless and the beach/pool towels a great asset too. We used the Jacuzzi only twice, but it is high quality and a lovely option as a massage after a days travelling or walking. Thank you Jean-Yves and family for providing such an unusual and spectacular holiday home. I would highly recommend to anyone I felt was deserving of your lovely home.
