Villa-casaroom : Déco Design, vue Waouh et Cuisine Top, Proche des Plages

Very spacious, well furnished property split over 3 levels. Very well equipped kitchen for catering. Close to beaches and centre of Collioure. Host very available for any queries both prior and during visit. Style of property possibly more suited to teenage/ older families.

We spent a week at the Villa Casaroom, with 7 adults sharing the rooms, and with 2 additional adults for meals; we were 9 for lunches and dinners. First of all, the welcoming by Denis, the owner of the house: very easy, Denis was right there when we arrived at the house. Showed us around, gave us tips for shopping in town and activities to do. Denis was very friendly and efficient, and very responsive whenever we had a question later on.Next, the house is perfectly located, a 10mn walk to the center of town, with all the needed groceries stores and others, and the beach. It is quite a downhill to go to town, so uphill at the return, but totally feasible, even for members of our group well into their 60s.The house is very comfortable as long as you can manage stairs, as it is on 3 levels. The bedrooms are all welcoming, beds have nice, firm mattresses, good linens.We used only one kitchen out of the 2 available and it had everything we needed for our meals preparation, excellent range and oven. The pool was very much enjoyed by some, even if in this mid-may it was a bit chilly.There are many spots to hang out in the house and it is easy to have some alone time if necessary,In summary I highly recommend staying at the Villa Casaroom if you plan on staying in Collioure. This choice made our vacations easy, relaxed and comfortable.

House perfect for family stay, beautifully situated with fantastisc view, from every floor/etage, of Coullioure. Everything you need is available. Plenty of room to relax and hang out. Alle AC and electricity worked with no problems. Pool area nice and cosy. Close distance to beautiful old city centre and beach. Owner responds quickly and efficiently. Only slight downside is the wish from owner to not use sunscreen in the pool due to the filter. This was hard to comply to as we are mostly redheads and fair skinned! :-) however, we would still come back.
