Villa Castelnau Deluxe - air conditioning & heated pool in the castle grounds - IV

A little paradise. We really enjoyed our stay in this delicate house and wonderful surroundings. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place. The house is well equipped, and Jeanne was very helpful with everything.

We spent a week here at La Durantie which didn’t disappoint, a spacious and clean Villa. Set amongst the rolling hills of the Tarn region. Every room was airy with aircon which made sleeping very pleasant. Outside the terrace was lovely with a nice area to sit in the evening and a covered area with table and chairs for lunch in the mid day sun. Only thing we found was we could have done with more sun lounges as there was only two per villa between the five. ( Not a complaint, just a suggestion) The countryside around La Durantie is beautiful with fields upon fields of sunflowers which we sadly just missed at their prime. Jeanne our host was most knowledgeable about the area and pointed us in the right direction for things to see and do. If your looking for a place to kick off your Shoes, put your feet up and relax this is definitely the place. Thank you Jeanne for making our stay a pleasant one, oh and your La Durantie wine was just perfect. 😊🍷🌻 Roger Moore
