😊: Warm pool and location. 😢: Villa complaint We encountered a number of issues during our stay which I feel should be brought to your attention. Cleanliness & General Maintenance * There were cobwebs throughout the property on arrival. * A bottle of disinfectant had been left out. * There was a large screw protruding from the side of a unit. * One of the lamp shades was broken and smashed. As we are staying with a young child, it was particularly concerning that the damaged floor lamp and broken glass were within easy reach. Kitchen * The kitchen sink was blocked when we arrived, requiring us to purchase a plunger and clear the blockage ourselves. * There were no clean pots available, and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. After running the dishwasher, many items still had not been cleaned properly. * One cup was left in such a poor condition, with a hardened brown substance inside, that it remained unusable. * No tea towels or oven gloves were provided. The only tea towel we found was being used as a hand towel in the downstairs toilet. - [ ] You replaced these promptly which was appreciated * Kitchen equipment generally feels inadequate for a property of this size. For example, there were no pizza trays available. This is our fourth or fifth visit to your villa, and the same issue occurred previously. On our last stay, I purchased and left two pizza trays for future guests, as pizzas are a common holiday meal, these were no longer at the villa! Bathrooms * There were no hand towels provided in any of the bathrooms. * The downstairs toilet sink was heavily affected by yellow limescale. I cleaned and removed this myself during our stay. Property Features * Most of the fans do not work. * A number of the window canopies are also not functioning correctly. Health & Safety Concerns * The white plastic soakaway guttering near the pool was not secured in place. My child fell on it and cut his toe..

😊: The villa is nice but in need of some repairs. Lots of lights not working, bulbs need replaced, a door handle came off in our hand, we had a problem locking the main front door. The garden furniture is shabby, needs new pillows in the bathroom. The boiler tripped when we were there and we had no hot water also the drains blocked one day.. 😢: The villa needs some repairs. No soap in any of the bathrooms, we gad no welcome pack milk or coffee or anything and we arrived late at night. We flew and did not have much space to bring things with us. There wasnt even a dish towel to dry dishes..

😊: Really spacious for a large family Lovely size swimming pool which saw the sun for the majority of the day and enclosed garden providing plenty of privacy Really close to the Disney parks, shopping centre and train station Felt very secure with the shutters on the windows. 😢: A lot of things are broken - washer, dryer and dishwasher all need to be replaced Filter/vent in the bottom of the pool is broken and sharp so we had to be very careful letting our son use the pool even though he is a good swimmer Decor has seen better days in some areas as there are spots where wallpaper is peeling No oven gloves or tea towels provided Not enough towels available Oven is not the best (takes forever to reach temperature) Broken furniture in the main bedroom.
