Villa Chiara - Villa with Private Pool

A fantastic week at Villa...<br>#128578; Good-sized house with a lovely outside/pool area that has it's own fridge and kettle etc and air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge. Patrick the host was very friendly and helpful and the welcome bottles of wine were a nice touch. Given the high cost of energy we only used the air con at night when going to bed as the house stayed cool enough with the widows open and the electric shutters part way down to keep out the sun. With a little TLC to a few wobbly poolside tiles etc the...<br>#128577; Nothing that would have improved our stay at all, we had a great time at Villa Chiara. The only slightly disappointing aspect was the number of mosquitoes that plague the whole area (not the fault of the villa of course) so take plenty of repellent and knock down spray! On the plus side there were very few wasps around which can often be a pain when eating outside.

He made a visit to the property half way through our stay as a pretence of meet and greet. He then talked about how our deposit maybe kept if we used too much electricity. Finally on my return home he messaged to say that we had burnt the BBQ and had he had seen this earlier he would have kept our deposit. When already the deposit was given back in full and the house had cleared its exit inspection. Just poor customer service

Satisfactory and enjoyable.<br>#128578; The place had potetial to be excellent. Good accommodation for 8 people. Lovely swimming pool.<br>#128577; The steepness of the garden to pool was not made aware. For anyone with a mobility issue, it would have been a difficulty.
