Great property, exactly as described. Clean, tidy and comfortable. A well kept pool with the advantage of being heated. 25min walk into the village for essentials or a 4 min drive to the large Intermarche. Delightful and communicative owner with bonus of having the maintenance team living next door. Can’t wait to return

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Im Prinzip absolute Ruhe, wenn nicht der Nachbar mit Kreissäge und Presslufthammer zu Werke geht. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt. Die Sitzpolsterauflagen würden eine Renovierung vertragen. Aber das ist nur ein kleiner Schönheitsfehler.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt mit einem tollen Pool, den wir sehr gerne genutzt haben. Viele Ausflüge in der Umgebung haben uns einen tollen Eindruck von Südfrankreich gegeben, sowohl die Städte als auch die beeindruckende Natur im Umland. Ganz lieben Dank an Helene, die uns sehr nett begrüsst hat. Alles ist gut organisiert und vorbereitet gewesen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und bedauern, nicht länger gebucht zu haben. Angelika

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une villa très bien aménagé et au calme conforme à la description de l'annonce, un très bon accueil de la propriétaire et un grand merci à Elle.

C'est la seconde fois que nous venons. La piscine sans vis à vis est super agréable. La maison est très bien aussi. Juste un petit bémol niveau literie. Le lit est un peu trop petit lorsque l'on mesure 1.85m. Nous avons tout de même passer un excellent séjour.

Perfekt für Familienurlaub! Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem tollen und großen Pool. Der Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr einfach. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Regol war perfekt, sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, reaktionsschnell und verfügbar. Außerdem ist das Haus mit allem ausgestattet, was du brauchst. Sehr zu empfehlen.

A very nice property for up to 6 people. A heated swimming pool is a bonus. A car is a must, for getting even to the nearest supermarket on foot would be rather challenging. The house is air-conditioned, but only in the dinimng room/kitchen area. It would be nice to have airconditioning in the bedrooms, as the nights in the summer period could be quite stuffy. Overall, a very good impression.

We enjoyed an excellent two week break at this well presented, comfortable house in the town of Bessan. The house itself is spacious, the lounge dining area in particular never felt cramped, the air con is great and a must if you have temperatures like we had (as hot as 39), the kitchen is a little on the small side but is pretty well equipped with major items and there are smaller bowls etc in the other dining area cupboards, if the weathers hot you tend to use the BBQ anyway. The pool and grounds are as good as they look, the pool heating system works well, generally being around 4 to 5 centigrade cooler than the air temperature, making it refreshing when you take a dip rather than a shock to the system! The pool security is also good (a must for us as we have small children). The town itself is pretty quiet, I'd call it pleasantly sleepy, the market was good and there are restaurants in the vicinity, though not really within walking distance of the house. The town gives good access to a number of beaches, we particularly enjoyed Meze and Marseillan-plage both within 20 to 30 minutes drive. If you fancy a day away from the beach Pezenas and its myriad of restaurants is a must, particularly of an evening when the medieval old town looks simply stunning. Minor downsides are that the air con serves the main living space of the house so the bedrooms can feel very warm at night (a couple of fans would really sort this out) and the square French pillows are a bit odd compared to our rectangular British ones (I liked them, the wife less so), they take a bit of getting used to. Lastly the shower in the bathroom is fine for cleaning the kids, but less good for adults, as there is no shower screen or high mounting for the shower head (fairly typical in France) as such its easier to shower in the pool house. We would happily book this property again.
