Villa climatisée au Park naturel du Verdon ,avec piscine, sur domaine de 1800m2

We enjoyed our stay in the house. It is roomy and has a nice outside area with a good sized pool. It was well stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils etc. Nice place.

The house is modern and clean, outside is very pleasant , the pool is a good size and depth. It is not clear from the description, but only 3 bedrooms have AC, we had to buy a fan as we were there during very hot weather and sleeping in the downstairs rooms was difficult. There were some maintenance issues. The bikes needed attention to their brakes, but there was no tool, so they were unsafe and we could not use. There was a wasps nest over the table beside the barbecue, the owner asked us to deal with this, which we did, but i would normally expect this to be done by a maintenance team. The location is very quiet and picturesque, but be aware that it is a very long drive from many of the activities of the Verdon Gorge. I hadn't appreciated how windy the roads are and how long it takes to get anywhere (eg1.5- 2 hours to rafting centre). If you want to do activities, suggest you use googlemaps to check drive times before committing to this house.The booking system with vrbo was problematic, lots of difficulties sending deposit. The system does not make it clear that the owner only wishes Saturday bookings,we wanted to arrive on Sunday, the vrbo app allowed us to book this, but the owner applied a surcharge of £400. The owner does not take a damage deposit via the vrbo system, only by bank transfer. This is not reassuring, it was tricky making an international transfer due to my bank being suspicious. Unclear that electricity cost was to be deducted from deposit.

maison spacieuse, bien organisée, il ne manque rien. Nous y avons passé des vacances extraordinaires !

The house is great! It is very large and it holds serveral small spots to spent some time away from the main trouble :-) The kitchen is very well equipped and big enough to cook meal for 10 people. Only the wasps made it difficult to take breakfast on the balcony or the poolside.

propriété plus que complète tant dans son mobilier que dans les accessoires. propreté impeccable. Contac ts excellents avec les propriétaires, nous reviendrons

La villa est parfaite, superbement équipée, il y a tout le confort voulu, des fauteuils de piscine en nombre et de qualité, des petits vélos pour bambins qui nous ont été bien utiles, une literie de qualité et des accessoires partout. Bref impeccable ! De plus la région regorge d’activités intéressantes. Nous y retournerons à coup sûr

We've boked the house to spend a week of holidays with friends. The owner nicely acceptted us on the last minute and even allow us to bring our little dogs on holidays with us (wich we appreciated and thanks him a lot for) The house is perfect ! New and with all the facilities. It is well located in the quiet area surrounded by only 2 other houses. Having dinner on the terrace outside beside the pool was our favorites moment every evening. From Allemagne en provence, we could easily reach superbs spots around for our daily excursions (Esparron du Verdon for kayaking, Riez for horse riding,....) Thank you for everything.
