Villa climatisée avec piscine privée chauffée proche des plages et commerces

Maison idéalement située entre mer et montagne. Très belles prestations aussi bien en confort qu'en loisirs (piscine, pétanque). Propriétaire très réactif et très bon accueil de Paule.

Toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, Straßengeräusche hörbar, aber überhaupt nicht störend. Unglaublich gute Bäckerei am Ende von St. Lucie de P.V. Sehr nette Vermieterin mit unkompliziertem Kontakt. Obwohl ich sehr heikel bzgl. Bettwäsche und Handtücher bin, war das Wäschepaket tipp top und wirklich mit viel Liebe dekoriert, damit man sich sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Einfach nur weiter zu empfehlen.

Super freundliche Vermieter und auch Betreuung vor Ort top. Alles in einem tollem Zustand und Lage ist auch sehr gut. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour à deux familles. La villa est très propre et en parfait état ! Paule a été très diligente et accueillante à notre arrivée. The villa is very stylishly furnished in a very well-kept condition and also fully equipped with sufficient crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils of very good quality. A total of three refrigerators, two of which are large fridge-freezers, a microwave, two coffee machines, a juicer, etc., ... complete the equipment. WIFI and high quality media equipment (TV, DVD, ..) are also available. The outside area including the pool, driveway, garden, petanque court and grill is very well maintained and very nice. The entire booking process was completely straightforward. Above all, the communication with the very sympathic landlord Renald was unique and extremely personable, thank you again Renald. We spent 14 fantastic days in the villa and thank the landlord Renald von very warmly.

We stayed for two weeks and had a marvellous time. Renald was great to deal with as was Jonathan at the villa. The property itself was in a really good condition and the pool was just perfect for our two boys. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

Very nice and well equipped Villa suitable for 8 persons. Rénald, the landlord is very friendly, helpful and reactive to inquiries. The same is true for Jonathan from the local agency that manages the property (just one suggestion: please provide detailed directions in advance as the property isn't that easy to find with Online Maps alone). The whole rental process was without any complications. The location demands a car or at least a bike as there are no shops, restaurants or bars in walking distance. However there are several very nice beaches within some minutes of driving. The exact location of the villa is somewhat different to the one shown by Google maps in the Abrtitel description. Therefore the national road is a little bit closer than expected and can be audible sometimes depending on the volume of traffic and the wind direction. Very well kept garden with a shaded terrace, relax chairs, barbecue, and a nice, heated pool with security cover for children (beware - the clips of the pool cover are relatively damageable and very expensive if you unintentionally break them), the kids loved it and spent at least half of the time within the pool (-: All in all a recommendable place for a relaxed vacation!
