Wanted to say we spent a blissful week at La Bastide, it really is a serene villa with homely charm, loved the pool, and cosy annex meant we had some space from the family that came with us! Really Peaceful setting, amazing local restaurants, nearby sights were great too like the projections in the old quarry! unforgettable week and can’t wait to book again :)

We stayed at La Bastide in July as part of a large family group, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The house is ideally located on the edge of Mouriès, surrounded by olive trees and its own private grounds—offering both tranquility and charm. The property is spacious, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped for larger groups. The air conditioning throughout was a real bonus during the July heat. The modern kitchen opens directly onto the garden and a shaded terrace, which overlooks the private pool—a particular highlight of our stay. The pool was spotless and well-maintained, and the shaded pagoda made outdoor dining a delight. We stayed in the annexe, which was perfect for our family of four. It offered its own entrance, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen—giving us privacy while remaining connected to the main house. The flexibility of the space was ideal. Mouriès is a charming village with everything you need, including a bakery for your daily baguettes and croissants. The location is perfect for exploring the Alpilles, with beautiful villages, vineyards, and markets all within a short drive. Un vrai havre de paix au cœur des oliviers.
