Villa climatisée pour 9 personnes (+2 bébés) avec piscine privée chauffée 11X5m

Bereits die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und angenehm, wir bekamen zügig Antworten und während des Aufenthaltes war er immer erreichbar und kümmerte sich um unsere Anliegen. Das Haus hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten wie in der Beschreibung erfüllt: ein sehr großer Pool mit sensationeller Aussicht. Eine sehr schöne und hochwertige Ausstattung im Haus. Sehr bequeme Betten. Viel Platz im und um das Haus herum, um sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen zu können. Eine ruhige Gegend zur Erholung. Wir hatten zwar Pech mit dem Wetter und dadurch vermutlich sehr viele Mücken. Aber: in jedem Zimmer sind Fliegengitter installiert und auch durch die angebrachte Klimaanlage war es im Haus wunderbar kühl.

Great equipped house in a quiet hillside location for the whole family. Everything was also available for our two toddlers (high chairs, baby cots, bathtub...). The pool is securely fenced with plenty of sunbeds, the numerous seating areas around the house are comfortable and partly at a beautiful view. The only thing that spoiled our stay were the mosquitoes, even though many mosquito nets are installed. If we had any questions, there was very quick and good communication with Frédéric. We felt very comfortable, enjoyed the holiday very much and can only recommend the villa.

Rien à dire, maison spacieuse et confortable, idéale pour passer de bonnes vacances entre amis ou en famille. Elle est idéalement situé sur les hauteurs de St Julien de Peyrolas. Elle dispose d'une magnifique vue. Il y a des commerces à proximité et en ce qui concerne les activités, pas besoin de se déplacer très loins. Seul point négatif il y a beaucoup de moustiques, point négligeable puisque la maison est entièrement équipée de moustiquaires.

Nous avons loué 4 jours la maison à 10 adultes. Frédéric et Rachel sont très gentils et arrangeant. La maison est bien équipée et l'environnement est agréable. Le cadeaux de bienvenue a été apprécié de tous le monde. Encore merci.

Really enjoyed staying here . The villa has plenty of space, and is in a very peaceful location. We especially enjoyed the pool and the view. Plenty to do in the area. Owner was really helpful when our travel plans changed. Lovely foodie gifts on arrival. Many many thanks - we hope to be back one day!

Like most of the previous reviews well equipped villa, spacious areas and fabulous pool, with safety gate and railings. (We had 3 young children with us) The triple bed room is accessed through 2 doors and 4 steps with steps also leading down into the garage so not suitable for young children so we put adults in there, easily fixed.Fabulous for older children as there was a large tv, with xbox if that is what you need Made wonderful memories with our grandchildren who loved the pink toilet paper!
