This house was far beyond our expectations. We felt right at home. The kitchen had everything and more for what we needed for cooking. Everything was spacious for our 7 family members. And then there was the yard where we would hang out most of the time, so perfect and private. We really felt spoiled. And the kids enjoyed going out to the beach everyday, just 5 minute walk. It could not have been any better for us. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Anne for letting us stay at this beautiful house.

I found this amazing property for a family trip to Sete. Everything about the property was fantastic, lots of space inside and out. Beautiful garden with more seats and sun loungers than you could dream of! A huge shade cannopy to enjoy dining in the midday sun. Inside is the most equipped kitchen I have ever seen, beautifully designed and large lounge. Bedrooms were spacious and each with adjustable air-conditioning which allowed the perfect escape from the heat and made sleeping a breeze. My sister's 2 kids had an amazing time with plenty to keep them occupied and entertained. A gate and the rear of the garden takes you straight to the beach and nearby bars and restaurants it was a real pleasure to be so close to the sea ! We would like to thank our hosts for having us and being so wonderful and helpful. We would love to come again. Would give 6 stars if we could! Highly recommended.

This villa is the perfect place for your holiday in Sete if you want a relaxed beach holiday. Just 2 minutes away from the beach and the sea there is no need for a pool. The house i every well equipped, with a great selection of catering equipment for cooking all your meals at the house if you don't want to go out for food the whole time. Lots of games to play and comfortable seating options, indoors and outdoors, including parasols to protect from the sun. We would recommend hiring a car so you can go to the shops, but there are busses if you need. The house is every secure, with lockable gates and shutters, so room to store your car / bikes on the property. Air con in every bedroom and fans for the communal space, this house ticked every box for us. We hope to be back next year. Thank you for having us! x

We had 3 large older kids, so space was important to us. We loved he place and I very much enjoyed the whole experience as the house has loads of things I wouldn't normally expect from a holiday home. In fact it's home away from home so I really liked that. The kitchen is excellent and well equipped, 2 fridges for beer as well as food. Excellent outside facilities and walking distance to beach. The BBQ worked well. Most importantly Anne meet us and made us feel very welcome and as she lives nearby should you have an issue I am sure she would sort it. The garden is really well appointed with sun shade available as its hot done there in May. I very much loved the garden it's not massive but very beautiful. Security was sound, with various automatic doors and locks. Off road parking for the car proved helpful. He area is amazing as are the beaches and 2 local bar/ restaurants. Sete itself is lovely and close to a number of areas that we drove to including avingon, Carcasonne, Montpellier I would recommend. Greg l
