Villa contemporaine avec piscine

😊: This is a very nice, comfortable and well equipped house near the Atlantic coast. Communication with the owner, Denis, was uncomplicated and he was very friendly and helpful. The house had enough space for 8 people and 2 little dogs. 4 people shared a toilet and a shower each. The sleeping rooms and living room were comfy. The kitchen had all the equipment you need for 8 people. We really liked how cool the house and outdoor area are furnished. Outside, you can sit comfortably at the dining table in the shade. The lounge area was cozy and the pool was a real highlight. It was quite sunny with little shade, but the house is still new and the plants are growing, so in the next few years, they will certainly provide more shade and some fresh air on hot days. Also there was a big parasol in the outdoor lounge area. The entire garden is fenced in and there is enough parking space for 2 cars. We were able to charge our car at a very fair price. We brought our bikes with us and rented some more so that everybody had one (you have to reserve in advance at the bike rental shops in town!). With the bikes, we were quickly at the beach (approx. 1.3 km) and in town (approx. 1.5 km). There is a bike path directly behind the residential area that goes right to the beach. It is a new development with many vacation homes. There were some other dogs and occasionally a small party in the area, but that was perfectly fine and we had a very quiet and pleasant stay. It was never too loud or disruptive, and you could hardly hear the street, as the house is not on the front row. We were able to sleep peacefully at night. We would like to thank Denis for allowing us to stay in his beautiful house and hope to come back again.. 😢: There was nothing that we disliked. Just for your interest: On days without wind (most of the time, there was a little wind), mosquito's came in the evening hours. But this is just normal and was easily handled with mosquito repellent..
