Villa contemporaine bord de mer Saint Aygulf

😊: Clean, nice view and away from the center but not too far. The owner was available for our questions. The owner lives there during winter time so the house is in a good shape.. 😢: Construction workers at the building next door! Although we expressed this concern when we booked. We received the confirmation that no workers are around.The cellar has a horrible semell of humidity. The two balconies on the 1st floor were not accessible which was a bit strange to us. The garage was not accessible to us so we had to park the car outside in the heat. We were not allowed to switch on the alarm and had to leave one gate open so the owner could clean the pool..

😊: The location was quiet and beautiful views, only about 5 minutes by car from the nearest beach of St Aygulf. About 15 minutes by car to the Port of Frejus. The pool was a god send for cooling off.. 😢: Apart from a few little tweaks, like no locks on the toilet and bathroom doors. I think that there are a couple of bits that need finishing, but these certainly did not affect our stay and how excellent the place was. And we defo would not hesitate in booking this villa again..
