villa contemporaine en bois grand volume,piscine chauffée,plage 4km, 2 à 10 pers

Stayed as a family of 5, two adults, two teens and a 3 year old.Lots of space, the owners were very helpful.The pool was lovely and a good size and the games room with pool table was a great addition.House was lovely, some of the outside items could do with replacing, like the wooden deckchairs and treehouse wasnt really usable. Other than that there was everything you needed. A well equiped kitchen and a bbq outside.The house is in a good area but you do need a car for sightseeing. Local beaches were great especially la Palmyre and Royan with some lovely eateries there.La Rochelle is alsi worth a visit.You can walk to the shop from the property in around 10 minutes.Overall a lovely holiday.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est très spacieuse, très bien équipée et avec bcp de jeux disponibles pour les petits et les grands ! Très bon point de chute pour visiter la région, supermarché à proximité. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps :) merci bcp

Après un accueil très sympathique de Monsieur ARCHER, nous avons découvert notre lieu de villégiature. Une maison très jolie, style chalet cossu, très bien agencée avec en mezzanine une pièce à ravir les grands comme les plus jeunes avec des recoins plein de surprises...Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Accueil chaleureux. Maison où l'on se sent chez soi. Parfaite en famille avec des ados. Environnement calme et agréable.

We had a lovely stay, the house is very well equipped. My son's especially liked the games room. Loads of space for everyone, it was so comfortable we had to drag ourselves out to the beach. Cedric was very easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend!
